Marilyn Prothero is a Fellow of CPA Australia. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the Commonwealth public service, including 13 years in the Senior Executive Service, the last 7 at First Assistant Secretary level. She has held Chief Financial Officer roles in a number of policy and service delivery agencies, including in the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. Marilyn has had early breast cancer.
